Installation of your materials is now available!!! We have a wide variety of flooring materials in our showroom, but if you just can't find what you are looking for, we now offer our professional installation with a two year warranty to you. Let us know if we can help you get your floors installed by true craftsmen. You will be happy you did.
Two year warranty on all installations. We do not cut corners on setting materials. Because all glues and tile mortars are not equal, we can only give our two year warranty if we use our premium setting materials. Written quotes will be submitted.
Materials to be on site and ready to install.
Pick up in Austin & delivery of floor materials to job site (same day) = 40.00
Measure job = 45.00 (will credit 20.00 if we do job). A 90.00 trip charge will be charged if crew has to make a return trip because customer has mis-measured and does not have enough materials to complete job.
Labor quote will be based on full box quantities.
Prices quoted include a 2% discount for payment by check or cash.
Cost of glue, thin set, grout, wood glue, etc., if supplied by Lone Star Floors, is payable at the time contract is signed. Full payment is due to crew foreman upon completion of job for installation fees.

Carpet take up and disposal = .10/sq. ft.
Take up thin set ceramic tile = 1.50/sq. ft.
Take up sheet vinyl / vct tile (one layer) = .65/sq. ft.
Remove commode = 15.00 each (cannot replace)
Move and replace appliances (no dishwashers) = 15.00 each
Furniture = .10/sq. ft.
Hardi-backer installation (materials & labor) = 37.50/3x5 sheet
Engineered Wood Flooring / Labor Only / 150 sq. ft. minimum.
150-400 sq. ft. = $1.95/sq. ft.
401-750 sq. ft. = 1.85
751 sq. ft. plus = 1.75
Stairs (std. box) = 30.00 each plus sq. footage (with minimum 200 sq. ft. floors).
Install qtr. round = .70/sq. ft.
Pull baseboards & replace with new, Owner supplied baseboards = 1.25/sq. ft.
Premium wood glue = 110.00/5 gallon bucket + tax (about 225 sq. ft./bucket)
Moisture barrier glue = 195.00 plus tax
